UPDATE- never took Clairee. Will eventually find out if she is a He or not.
James apparently decide to unscrew every board on the back deck to take it all up. He said he was going to do it next Spring to re-do a better deck, but since we are dismantling the garden, so the chickens can have their coop in that space...what a better time to relocate the garden dirt. What Evs. As long as I don't have to do it.
OK, so the deck dismantling was not what I asked for now and it turned out to be a longer project than James thought, plus he never discussed it w/ me, so I told him I would like it if the boards he already took out (half the deck) could go back and we can now focus on dismantling the GARDEN (which was the original plan in the first place). We will also try to get the coop painted, so we can place that in the old garden come next month, after some grass grows in the area and the girls will also need a small 'run' built. Tomorrow is planned for this work....let's see what can get done. Hoping for nice weather.
