Ready-made Items are shipped within 1-3 days after payment is received.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for custom orders.
USPS First Class Mail- ONLY USA.

Refunds and Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days after receiving your product to arrange for a return and refund or exchange.
