1. Nail Polish- Carson and I go crazy with the LA Color choices.
2. Toothbrushes -Crest, Colgate
3. Toothpaste- Crest, Colgate
4. Floss-get extra for stocking stuffers too!
5. Pump Hand Soap- Soft Soap Cucumber Melon
6. Whole wheat bread- I buy and freeze 12 at a time
7.  Pretzels -Honey Whole Wheat
8. Gum & Candy-for the minions 
9. Glass Containers- I have some for cotton swabs, cotton balls, buttons, coins, etc...
10. Office Supplies- paper clips are my fave
11. Greeting Cards- I also buy the packs of 6-8...such a deal!
12. Party Supplies- from tissue paper to gift bags
13. Plastic containers- great to organize on a dime!
15. Pens- even Sharpies!
16. Mailing supplies- I always buy my bubble mailers, packing tape and envelopes here
17. Mugs- great for Teacher gift or personalizing
18. Microfiber cloths and dusters- such a deal
19. Frozen fruit and veggies- I stash 'em for smoothies, casseroles and to feed my chickens!

21. Shower curtain liners- can also be used as drop cloths for projects

Found a beautiful leaf...Fall is upon us!


Bought a few things on my way home from knitting at Baa Baa today:
a front door rug (matches the back door rug), 2-Rooster kitchen rugs, 2-soft and absorbent bath rugs and a new shower curtain for the minions' bathroom, 10 more solar lights for the chicken area, a few yummy scented candles, and a Rotisserie Chicken for supper...need to go back and get those soft, absorbent bath mats for our bathroom, plus big grocery shopping...that'll be mine and James' Friday Night Date!!! hehehe!!! (true.)


His teacher asked him to build something.
So...He built a bridge.

C is for COOKIE....

Brig is going to be making these MONSTER COOKIES today. The recipe makes 18 HUGE cookies. I'll just have to enjoy smelling them as the cookie scent wafts in the house...
I can smell 'em....just can't eat 'em.

MONSTER COOKIES
by Laura Ames


Ingredients
• 2 cups of flour
• 2¼ Teaspoons of baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup sugar
• ⅔ cup brown sugar
• 2 large eggs, room temperature
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ cup rolled oats
• ½ cup peanut butter chips
• ½ cup chocolate chips
• 1 bag Reese's Pieces mini candy

Instructions
1. In a small bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl cream together the butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and mix well.
3. Slowly add dry ingredients mixing until just combined. Stir in oats, peanut butter chips, and chocolate chips. Refrigerate dough for 15 minutes, meanwhile preheat oven to 350 degrees.
4. Prepare cookie sheet with parchment paper. Pour reese's pieces onto a plate or a shallow, flat bowl.
5. Using a large scoop, drop cookie dough into the candies.
6. Gently use your hand to flatten the dough down into the candies flattening into a disc.Then transfer to prepared cookie sheet.
7. Bake 6 at a time 12-15 minutes or until edges turn brown.
8. Allow to cool on cookie sheet 5 minutes before transferring to wire cooling rack. If you skip this step, they might break up.

September 21st...Happy Birthday Mila!!!!


Today my grand baby girl is '1'.
Happy 1st Birthday Mila Rose. Love you to the moon and back!


September 20th...

Got some distressed frames for cheap!


Lauren Face Timed all of us as a Family and we sang Happy Birthday to Mila before she had her cake and pressies. She was looking mighty tired, but adorable. They took her to the Zoo. Nick put in for leave in October for 10 days. Hoping we get to see them. Missing my daughter, son-in-law, and grand daughter!!! — feeling hopeful.
